Who is eligible to apply for the Georgetown FinTech Program?
Individuals with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of work experience are eligible to apply for the program
What happens if I miss the application deadline?
Candidates will be able to enroll in the next cohort. In certain circumstances, late applications will be considered.
What are the next steps after I submit my application?
After you apply, your application will be reviewed and should you be accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from FinTech Consortium Institute. Following the confirmation email, you will be provided with a link to proceed to payment and complete the last step of your application. As soon as your payment is processed, you will officially be enrolled into the program and will be able to access program material.
How long does the program run for?
The program runs for 12 weeks, starting from September 12th and ending on December 6th, 2020.
How will the program run?
The program will be delivered through an interactive online platform and recorded lectures by Georgetown professors as well as interviews and Q&As with subject matter experts.
How is the program graded?
The program is graded by the professors of Georgetown University. Based on attempted quizzes, submitted assignment, and final presentation, each student will receive a grade.
What kind of certification will I receive after completion?
The program will conclude with a certificate of passing and completion issued by Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business.
How is the program structured?
There are a total of 7 modules in the program. Each module tackles a different topic within the fintech field. Each module will have pre-recorded videos and online live sessions with local and global subject matter experts. At the end of each module, students are expected to complete a quiz, as well as submit an assignment related to the current topic.
What are my payment options?
All accepted students must pay for the program in full before the program commences. Successful candidates will be sent a link to proceed with payments.
Can my employer pay for the program?
Expanding your industry knowledge will have a successful impact on your organization. We accept corporately sponsored candidates.
What is the refund policy?
All accepted students must pay for the program in full before the program commences. In the event that a student decides to withdraw from the program prior to its completion, no refunds will be given.
